Can I return my clothing if it doesn’t fit?
Due to the limited nature of our drops and niche sizing, we do not accept returns for fit or size reasons. Please refer to the size guide before ordering.
The red line is a temporary mark from the manufacturing process. It will naturally fade after one or two washes. For best results, wash inside out with similar colors and avoid bleach.
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:
- UAE: 1–3 business days
- GCC: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
How should I wash my NOTW clothing?
Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors. Avoid bleach and tumble dry on low or hang dry to preserve fit, color, and print quality. Iron inside out if needed.
Why does my shirt have *wash instructions* on the back neck tag?
The “wash instructions” text is a subtle design element. It’s meant to be a unique, tongue-in-cheek signature of the brand, adding character without affecting the look or feel of the garment.
